Hal is the founder and CEO of OrgVision. Prior to OrgVision Hal held several senior executive sales roles and several led to acquisitions. As Executive VIce President Sales and Marketing at VPI Hal led the company to record revenues until the firm was acquired by Nice Technologies. Hal was General Manager and SVP of a $70 million dollar operating division of Mosaix until the company was acquired by Lucent Technologies. At Oblix Hal was the first outside VP brought in by the founders. The firm was initially funded by Kleiner Perkins and raised over $80 million until it was acquired by Oracle. In 2018 Hal helped Brand Embassy get established in the USA market as VP Channels and then introduced Brand Embassy to InContact where the company was acquired. Hal holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington and a Sloan Fellowship/MBA from the London Business School.
Founder & CEO
Bhaskar joined ActionTrac in 2018 as the Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining OrgVision, he
worked for many software development companies in India from software architect to
engineering manager responsible for teams of programmers. Bhaskar also helped many
software startups scale by providing technical leadership including a deep knowledge of
software development methodologies and the latest web technologies. Bhaskar has managed
teams ranging from QA and Development to Project Management. He has also worked for
several large companies such as Coca Cola and GE. Bhaskar has a bachelor’s degree in
chemistry from the University of North Bengal.
Director of Engineering
Alan joined ActionTrac as the Client Services Manager. Prior to joining ActionTrac, he worked for nine years as an independent consultant helping clients with communications, client relations, digital marketing, software, and project management. His previous background also includes managing training for a software start-up including curriculum development and overall management of the program. In addition to his experience in training and consulting, Alan also worked for more than 10 years as a writer for several newspapers. He has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
Director of Client Relations
Andrew Ogawa is a Managing Partner and founder of Quest Venture Partners since its inception in late 2007. Andrew is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and closing seed and A rounds. Andrew's expertise are in automotive transportation, procurement, corporate strategy and implementation of turnaround activities.
Wim was senior vice president in charge of HP's Computer Systems Organization, with responsibility for HP’s worldwide computer systems business of about $6 billion.
Roelandts left HP to become CEO of Xilinx and later also became chairman of the board. Under his leadership the company's revenue more than tripled to just under $2 billion, and market share increased in the programmable logic business from 30 percent to over 50 percent.
Roelandts served as lead outside director and chairman of the compensation committee of Applied Materials, Inc. He was also a director of Aruba Networks, Inc. and serves as chairman of the compensation committee.
Rabie Zahri has a strong engineering and entrepreneurial background with a MSc in Embedded Systems Engineering and an MBA in Global Strategy. He founded two entrepreneurial ventures in Transaction Security and Professional Services spaces. He is currently a Corporate Development leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise continuing to bring value from tech-enabled solutions to customers across various industries, impacting many people all over the world.
